Every layer is built
Once the proposal is agreed, every layer is built - pre-event comms, flow, contributors, the language and look of every touch-point, the gifts, the welcome, the close. The thousand small decisions that make the biggest impact.
EXPERIENCES WE DESIGN
The Signature Journey
A fully architected multi-day group experience, designed across all three of our layers, with Majestical present throughout.
Typically commissioned twelve to eighteen months ahead.
For leadership, executive and network gatherings, and family office offsites - we bring everything we have, so the group that leaves is never the one that arrived.
The Majestical Experience
A curated single experience, weekend or short sequence.
The same creative discipline as the Signature Journey, smaller in scale and faster to commission.
Think of a Retreat for a team, forum or board. A private dinner with a New Zealand sporting legend. A dawn experience in Fiordland with a conservation scientist. A studio design tour with a creative icon.
A few hours to a few days. Limited only by imagination.

Transformative, curated experiences conceived and directed from a background in brand, storytelling and three decades of understanding what actually moves people.
