I've spent decades helping brands grow and deepen connections to the people that matter.
That work has taken me from South Africa to Switzerland to New Zealand - through board roles at Ogilvy, CMO positions, a decade of independent consultancy as MRS WOOLF, and a career-long conviction that creativity is the most powerful change agent available to any leader or organisation. The question underneath all of it has always been the same: how do you design the conditions that shift what someone feels, thinks or does next? For most of my career, I answered it through brand strategy and creative direction. Now I'm being increasingly asked to answer it through experiences.
I'm building something new: designing extraordinary leadership experiences in New Zealand - for CEO peer forums, executive teams and groups ready to connect and evolve. Not events. Not travel. Experiences conceived and directed from a background in brand, storytelling and three decades of understanding what actually moves people.
Majestical is where it all converges.
Work I've led recently - with leaders at the highest level - has reinforced what I've believed my whole career: creativity applied with care and intention can change what people feel is possible. New Zealand accelerates that. The land does something to people that a boardroom can't replicate.
My job is to design, curate and execute for what happens when you put the right people in the right place, with the right conditions around them.
Together with an expert Woolfpack of professionals and resourses, I design for executive groups, leadership gatherings, and the networks that bring them together. The work is commissioned privately, discreet by default, devoted to one client at a time.
Transformative experiences aren't found. They are designed.
